I got busier and somehow updating felt really annoying, when didn't have to say anything new. It was good to take a break. But I should have stuck to some basics, that worked for me. I didn't meditate anymore, forgot about my strategies and work outs got rare, too. And somehow I got a feeling that I often just tried out things. Perhaps it had been better to repeat some things for several challenges and not to increase the level too fast. I felt a little dried out at the beginning of summer. I started counting calories again a week ago and tried to eat more fresh food again. When we get busy, we avoid things and think it will save time to do so, but some things give us energy and it's important to stick to things that refresh us. (At the moment I don't know how to describe it properly.) I'm still not sure, on which goals I'm going to focus next challenge. Let's start at the beginning. I feel really unfit at the moment. A week ago I tried to do half of a workout I used to do regulary. Even that hurt the next two days. Sigh... so yeah, hi. I'll try again.
