    • Thank you! It's been a long while in the honing  in the early days on here I had a spreadsheet meticulously tracking daily points, weekly bonuses, streak bonuses etc. and it was all a bit much! Mainly I need the accountability of I put it on the internet so I have to do it along with an end goal, but also 'yesterday is gone, let's focus on today' vibe
    • I don't think I have mentioned before, but I really like your point system.  It seems like a great way to combat perfectionist all-or-nothing thinking. 
    • Thay really are.  Don't take their behavior too much to heart.
    • Oh yes, I also want to start doing the Darebee exercise of the day! I'm not sure this is worth 5pts in itself. Is it?! Right, might do my run now even though it's a bank holiday!
    • It really was, I'll try to update with our GA ridding groups trip sometime this week!   So, the 'No promises" part of this challenge is I'm not making any promises to myself (or anyone else) regarding my ability to update regularly  I found that trying to update every day was putting more stress on me than I realized, so it's not part of the goals at this time.   All SET - Week 0 ( S )leep - 🌈⛈️ ⛈️ ⛈️ ⛈️ ⛈️ ⛈️ ( E )xercise - ⛈️🌈  🌈  🌈  ⛈️🌈  🌈 ( T )rack -   🌈  🌈  🌈  🌈  🌈  🌈  🌈      All SET - Week 1 ( S )leep - ⛈️ 🌈 ( E )xercise - 🌈  🌈 ( T )rack -   🌈 🌈   Took time to set myself up for success this week with shopping and meal prep yesterday, funny how easy that is to do when D is out of town, I need to make sure I make the time to do it when she's here as well.  We were supposed to ride Saturday for International Female Ride Day but the weather in GA had other plans  So D went to work to cover a schedule and I caught up on my clients books. Time to jump into VR.  
    • Good luck taming the Weekend Wolfer!
    • FOOD - keeping this the same Under 1600 calories for the day 🥗 = 10pts Going very slightly over but for something truly delicious/emotionally needed 🍫 = 5pts Overeating one meal 🍲 = 0pts Overfooding all day 🍟 = -10pts Maximum = 350pts   SLEEP - slight amends to read more before bed In bed by 10:30, reading by 10:45 and lights off at 11pm 📚 = 15pts In bed by 10:30, lights off at 11pm 🛏️ = 10pts Not in bed by 10:30pm but lights off at 11pm 💡 = 5pts Staying up unnecessarily late 🤪 = -10pts I'm going to add that every time I allow 'oh it's only a few minutes' is -1pt, which hopefully will annoy me enough being odd numbers to avoid! Maximum = 525pts   EXERCISE - slight amends Morning run, pilates 100 & 15 supermans 🏃‍♀️ = 10pts The above attempted, but not fully completed, eg not getting to the top of the hill, skipping the pilates/supermans = 🏃‍♀️ 5pts Walk at least 30mins 🚶‍♀️ = 10pts Physio 🦵 / home weights 🏋️‍♀️ / cycling 🚲 = 5pts Unspecified other exercise of at least 15mins (including walking less than 30min) emojis vary = 5pts Maximum indefinite but should be at least 500pts   I don't think I need the sunshine part any more now we're in a lighter time of year, but it was definitely useful in the darker months and I'll add it back in. I'm also going to add a bonus 5pts ⭐ any day I make a good choice, which will be self-judged but I'll know when it happens. Recent examples are accepting an ice-cream in the office and then giving it to someone else as I didn't need it and being Brave with 20 seconds of courage.   So maximum is ~1400pts again so I might stick with the 1000pt pass mark again.   Thanks to those following already, I shall go find you in the forums if I haven't already!
    • Aware I haven't put my goals yet, but first I want to scout out the lay of the next 5 weeks to determine what amendments I can make to best keep on track.   🍻💡 10/05/2024: Going to a Nu Metal night out, but I'm going climbing with work people before, so at least a) that will be exercise and b) I won't overeat/drink beforehand 💡 11/05/2024: Supposed to be going out to a club with another friend, what's this, two days in a row going Out Out? Why yes, why tf not says I! 🍔 12/05/2024: Meeting a friend for a Sunday roast - I think I can get away with this being my only meal of the day at least 💡 16/05/2024: IRL games, though I can probably get away with getting food in advance and not drinking 🍻💡 18/05/2024: no plans yet for a Saturday, so I'll def be putting something in here 🍔🍻🙅‍♀️💡 24/05/2024-27/05/2024: I'm away for (another) singing weekend so tracking calories might be difficult, plus likely drinking at the afterglows, will also affect being able to do exercise 🍔🙅‍♀️💡 01/06/2024: UK boardgame expo! Will be hard to track and do extra exercise 🍔🍻💡 07/06/2024: Going to a friend's to play boardgames, woo! Likely boozy and takeaway 🍔🍻💡 08/06/2024: Local medieval festival weekend, usually overeaty, and then another friend's for boardgames though I'll likely drive so less boozy (but tend to be snacky) 🍔🍻💡 09/06/2024: Second day of medieval festival - I don't know which day I'm going as some of the people I usually go with are away so it might just be family   OK so the list looks quite long, but I don't think any are particularly bad, except this upcoming weekend which is (hopefully) going to be a Large One. I'm going to add icons to determine what they'll most affect with Key: 🍔 Likely overeating 🍻 Likely boozing 🙅‍♀️ Minimal exercise 💡 Late night to bed   Also any day I'm on site means I'm less likely to be able to do physio, unless I find some hip exercises that are doable in the office (without getting on the floor with a band!) or extra exercise.
