  1. DUDE....Your running is AWESOME...I wish I could run that fast for that long..I'm still chugging along at like 12 minute miles and HOPING to just finish! LOL... Keep it up dude...It's impressive... That might need to be your avatar! LOL
  2. I think it would be so cool to coach. I'm not athletic enough to even think about coaching anything..I haven't played a sport in a long time and when I did it was pool...and I sucked..LoL It sounds like you're whipping all sorts of ass up in this place

Ok...So I found this app that tracks my exercises..I know it's not that special..but if I want to improve I've been told I should start writing my stuff down..so I'm going to try and do that...Here's what I did today..LEGS! My trainer always has me do them on the smith machine but today I tried them in the rack...It was kind of fun LOL... Happy Week 3!!! 6 more days until I'm basking in the sun with a margarita in my hand getting wasted faced... Hit a new weight today too....220.2 or something...93.8lbs down or something like that
  6. How about an update?? Wednesday was pretty awesome. I had my personal training appointment and my trainer is now kind of going solo...what's that mean? Lower prices!...anyway, we had a pretty awesome work out. Then I went back up for my cardio after dinner. That was pretty awesome, with my foot being hurt I am unable to run(*grumble*) so I did 40 minutes of spinning. I put an ass whooping on myself LOL... I also went to the doc to check out my foot. She does not think it is a stress fracture but is sending me for an x-ray just to be safe...Cross your fingers. As far as my goals... The agility one is going to have to be rethought or discontinued The strength one I have taken it easy on due to the foot. I will get back on track with that though...or maybe change it to increase my bench by 20% of my current maximum. Random Acts... I wouldn't call them completely random but I know they have made peoples lives better. Last Week... Last Sunday my mom text me asking me to go help my Step Dad. He had a very good friend pass away and he is helping his widow with shutting down his business. He had a warehouse that has a ton of stuff in it that needs to be sorted and shelving taken down. I spent about 7 hours Sunday helping my Step Dad do that. In my eyes it wasn't so much for him as it was for the Widow. He has some boys but if it was up to them it would never get done... This week.. Once again..not random. I keep seeing opportunities and just don't have the guts to take them LOL....Anyway yesterday our office manager had thin mints sitting on her desk. We started talking about Girl Scout cookies and mentioned my favorite were the somoas, which coincidentally are hers as well. So I told her I would get her a box because I knew someone who had them. This morning when she came into work there was a box on her desk...she squealed in delight....that was kind of fun... I don't feel so beastly with my foot being down. I keep worrying I'm going to damage it more. Will get the X-ray today or tomorrow. Hopefully it doesn't take a week for her to read it LOL...

  14. Dude this is awesome....3lbs in a week is astounding! I also like the idea of lifting stuff outside of the gym. You probably get a much better overall workout than you work just lifting in the gym. Maybe that could be something for the next challenge!? Keep it up boss! We've got to knock week 2 down and punch it in the teeth!
  15. Digging on all of your goals! I especially like the new ones. Getting outside is something I have recently started doing as I am making it a point to run outside and I really look forward to it now. I'm subbed for all the bendy awesomeness about to take place...
  16. I have it wrapped in an ace bandage....working out is going to kind of suck LOL.... I know they do...I guess my thought at this point since I've not been doing them for the last month is wondering if it was really worth it...Like I just look at the food and it's not very appealing because all I see are the calories...but I treated myself yesterday.. Today our company bought pizza and the funny thing is I didn't really want any of it...One of the girls made me cut a small corner of of her piece to try but that was it...Interesting how much I have changed in just a year.
