AwayLifter Posted May 4 Author Report Share Posted May 4 Lm squats 3x8 bar+27.5kg Kneel ring push-ups 6,6,5 rows 50kg 7x3 curls 3x6 / laterals 3x20 lm press 2x8 bar+18kg / rear delts 2x20 Band low to high row 2x.20 Added 1 rep on kneel ring pushups Adder 1 section rows Added 0.5kg on pm press. AwayLifter Posted Tuesday at 06:33 PM Author Report Share Posted Tuesday at 06:33 PM Lm squat bar+30kg 3x8 ar dips 3x6 meadows row bar+20kg 3x8 curls ez bar+25kg 3x6 / band laterals 3x20 lm press bar+15kg 3x8 / band rear delts 3x15 band low to high rows 3x20 - Added 2.5kg on lm squat. - Added 1 rep on band ring dips. - Switched to one arm meadows rows as don’t want to risk lower back with barbell throws. First time doing them and I used straps. So now I don’t do any of the following barbell exercises: squats, deadlifts, flat bench, rows 🥴💀🤣 - Had to drop weight on lm press as missed the third set before. Got it this time but last 2 reps on one arm used a bit of leg drive. - I’m seeing some gains in my traps from doing the band rows. The band is half way to my knee on the rack and I row to the shoulders. Feel it in biceps and traps. I ordered a new bench as will add incline on one day in place of lm press. Back to hiking on Saturday and I will try something new. I’m signing up to french classes again in August. 1 Quote Link to comment
