Does anyone else think it's weird that the regular dare is 2 min, but the EC is 3 min unbroken? Usually they are the same. So I did the 50 squats in one go challenge today from yesterday because I think I planked wrong on Tuesday and now my shoulder hurts :< Like, sort of sharp pain at certain angles while raising my arm.
