Shello
I've decided weight loss is pure magic. I can follow reasonable goals most of the time, eating near or under a calorie target, fitnessing regularly, and maybe lose weight slowly, maybe just maintain, some days gaining. But then I can give myself a break, eat a gluttonous holiday meal, eat closer to maintenance for days, barely tracking, and then I lose weight every single day. It makes no sense. I got down to 245.6 by the end of the weekend but back to 247.4 this morning. It was nice to see that number and I'm still thankful that I'm under the 250 mark post Thanksgiving. 2 Quote Race: Amazonian Ogre Princess | Class: Ranger | Profession: SuperHero | Affiliation: Doodlie and Pancake for Life Respawn Challenge Arcs: 2021 | 2022 I am not saying I am Wonder Woman. Shello
Being sick served me well. I got down to 243.4 at the lowest. I went up slightly today but I'm comfortable being below 245 before going off for Christmas. I plan to enjoy the festivities and then spend the last week of the year trying to be good and finishing strong. Shello
This seems like a good enough time to close up this year's roadmap. No new habits are being formed at this point. I'm really only waiting for a final weigh in or the year but I don't expect it to be drastically different than now. Weight The plan for weight loss seemed reasonable enough but the final goals weight for the year felt too aggressive all along. I did not get to the goal of 225 but I'm at 244 so I'm happy with that. I always get stuck at 250 and it took a lot of work to break through that set weight. I'd be happy to finish the year anywhere under 245. Fitness I am pleased with how this goal progressed through the year. I was really stuck on this at the beginning of the year and I couldn't seem to get myself to get up and do anything. I'm certainly not where I was a couple years ago but I've set a new path and I'm right where I want to be. I have developed a habit to do some fitnessing most days of the week. None of it has to be aggressive, just consistently moving and pushing my body. General Health This has come a long way this year as well. I am consistently logging food and not bothered by it. I'm not hitting my goal as often as I'd like but still striving for balance between living life to the fullest and being smart about it. I also got back to intermittent fasting and it is serving me as well as it did before. I'd like this to be a long term habit. Personal Life It is what it is. Teenagers are hard. But I make the time when it happens. I have made a point to make myself available and am willing to drop other things when reasonable to hang out when they are ready to hang out. Things are going smashingly well with DDG and I could not be any happier. Home I got behind on this and that's really OK except for some high priority projects to get done before move in day. There is still a lot of work I'd like to get done. As I got projects done I moved some clutter around and around so there are still things to address. There is definitely still room for improvement as it's a constant battle. This was a great year to segue back into the fold and I'm excited going into 2022. Be on the lookout for a new Roadmap coming soon! 2 Quote Race: Amazonian Ogre Princess | Class: Ranger | Profession: SuperHero | Affiliation: Doodlie and Pancake for Life Respawn Challenge Arcs: 2021 | 2022 I am not saying I am Wonder Woman. Shello
I finished the year at 248.4 and an 18 pound loss. I’m choosing not to use my New Years morning weigh in as it is a post celebratory bloat. I was 249.6 so at least I’m still starting 2022 under 250. 3 Quote Race: Amazonian Ogre Princess | Class: Ranger | Profession: SuperHero | Affiliation: Doodlie and Pancake for Life Respawn Challenge Arcs: 2021 | 2022 I am not saying I am Wonder Woman.
