FutureMarine91
I posted elsewhere, not sure the fellow "newbies" will see it, so here we are again. I hail from South Florida, and my goal is to drop 65 pounds by December 2014. My ultimate goal is to join the Marine Corps after college graduation. I started Paleo on Monday, 04 November 2013, and have lost 7 pounds so far. Needless to say, I'm pretty stoked. I'm totally open to help and advice, which is why I'm here. My friend recommended BB.com, but I didn't feel comfortable. This feels a lot more comfortable and I'm excited to join the Rebellion! Oorah! hawgsquatch
Awesome decision to serve. You will find that after you get in the corps the habits, maturity, character, and lifestyle they teach will stick with you. I reccommend you read the book Marine. It is about the life of Chesty Puller, the most highly decorated marine ever. You will gain insight into the Marine Corps, it's history, and the code of honor that make it what it is. Don't worry about the standards they set. You make the minimum and they will show you how to achieve your maximum and surpass it. Quote You are only a conspiracy theorist until you are right. Then you are a visionary. Link to comment
