Cravings?

Haha! I have a nice one there. Generally my stomach is full really fast.

Like I'll eat 1 boiled egg and a moment later I'm full (no joke).

But when it comes to "needing" food, I can eat and eat and eat...

Yeah I've been trying to eat more paleo. I hope it'll help, or at least when I overeat it's on something like veggies and I get bloated faster haha.

It's just that I'll feel crappy and I feel the need for food.

It's not even always that I get actually hungry...

But in the article mentioned some posts up it seems it's a sign of low GABA... I wonder... the other symptoms seem to fit as well.

Should up my intake of... shell fish... or bananas... though I'm afraid that I won't be able to go to the bathroom at all anymore when I eat more bananas :\

Some cravings (especially for junk food) can be signals that your body is missing some nutrients. They're completely natural and unavoidable—it's just unfortunate that we're now able to answer these needs with unhealthy foods rather than what we really need. Check out this little guide and see if any of the fixes help.

OK, I have a problem with this list. The problem being that "PMS" is in the "If you crave this..." column. Who the hell craves PMS? Maybe my issue here is it's just me PMS'ing, though.

(Side note: I do understand what they're getting at. I'm just being anal retentive.)
