OrangeJorwell Posted December 28, 2012 Report Share Posted December 28, 2012 At CrossFit today I found out a lot of the members at my box are doing the "100 Burpee Challenge," and it sounded just crazy enough to be popular on here. Rules-1 Burpee a day, staring January 1 and ending April 10-One additional burpee for each day (e.g. 2 on January 2, 32 on February 1)-You cannot work ahead-If you don't complete a day, make it up the next day--In other words, if you miss, you're just making the next day harder-You can (and will probably have to) split them up throughout the day-Work outs and warm ups count towards your daily goalI'm going to be doing it.
