thanks for the welcome! i hope to achieve honeybadger level badassness. i joined crossfit a little over a year ago and have taken a few months off so my goals are pretty broad at the moment. i need to get back to the box on a regular basis and rehab my diet. some specific goals are to transition to a more paleo-ish diet, work on my clean, string together more than 3 double-unders in a row, do fr push-ups, overcome my box jump anxiety....and complete a mud run.
