ferguson911 Posted July 22, 2013 Report Share Posted July 22, 2013 I just came back from a weekend larping....sadly my tent got hit by a storm, 2 inches of water in the tent, which was also ripped. I had to leave one day early, drive 6 hours having only sleeped 3and a half hours the night before. This morning I decided to go to the hospital to get weighed (my scale can't take me) I hit a milestone ! I am down 75 pounds !!!! I started at 415pounds. It took so long for me to realize that eating healthy and moving was the way to be happy, and I mean REALLY happy. ferguson911 Posted July 27, 2013 Author Report Share Posted July 27, 2013 Most of my friends wanted to know HOW I did it, what did I do...how I trained....last night I took a group of 4 people and gave them the workout of their lives, burpees, pushups mountain climbers, gave em boxing gloves and made en sweat! What a great feeling to coach ( and workout with them) I kinda feel proud to say....i'm in the best shape of my life ! ALSO a bonus ! Great fun, it seems, and while the scale reflects a fraction of your accomplishment, the pics show MUCH more. You have visible muscles. ferguson911 Posted July 29, 2013 Author Report Share Posted July 29, 2013 Another momenty of epicness, I had not rided a bike in close to 6 or 7 years (i'm 22 do the math) and yesterday I took out my fathers bike. Drove a nice 10km with my mother who has also decided to get in shape.
