One year weight loss picture

Last year on the first Tuesday evening in March I started with C25K. 

 

I had to stop running, due to a foot injury, but did a Whole30 and can do 10 push-ups with ease.

 

Not yet finished, but getting there, slowly and surely.

You have certainly earned your bragging rights! They say a picture says a thousand words and I think that's true. It can sure mean a lot to other people to look at you, and other like you and realize the reality of the difference a year can make. And when push comes to shove what's a year right? Just a marker of part of our lifes journey. What a great adventure you've taken! Keep up the good work!!!

Fantastic progress! Slow and steady is definitely the way to go in my book. You've already achieved huge change and you've obviously incorporated new habits into your lifestyle, which means this is just the beginning! When you think of this as an ongoing journey, as opposed to a diet or something else you can finish, you make it that much harder for bad habits to creep back in.

That is a great win right there. The next time you feel worthless and wonder what is the point, take a look at this post and say that is the point I have achieved this I am successful.
