RedPandaOne Posted April 9, 2014 Report Share Posted April 9, 2014 So it's one small step, but a major one for me: I didn't have a chai tea latte today!!! Yay!! I am completely addicted. Luckily I am cheap enough I won't buy it from Starbucks everyday, but we do have the K-cups here at work. I generally have 2 (in one serving) around this time of day. Not because I need the caffeine, but because I need something to warm me up because the office is always so cold. But not today!! I pulled out the Roobios tea that I had them order a couple years ago and had just 8ozs of that. I did add some sweet'n'low. But baby steps. Cutting back on them is going to be one of my goals in the upcoming challenge, so I'm glad I was able to start a week early. 1 Quote "You won't find your answers by looking to the stars. Lol. But I can imagine wearing those boots. When I feel like a bad-ass superhero I can wear the boots to match I just need to make it through today and tomorrow and then the chai latte temptation is over for the weekend. Then I get to fight my pepsi addiction that rears it's ugly head all weekend. Unsweetened tea really helped me shake a nasty diet soda habit. So congrats!
