Every time I put my hand on my own leg I am pleasantly surprised.I'm really excited to be seeing tangible progress so quickly. The backs of my legs have always been flat, it's kind of one of those weird things about me that I've never been happy with. I'm actually developing muscles back there. This is so weird, and awesome, and weird! My body is changing and it hasn't even been a month yet.NF freaking rules....
