I think I can put a few more lbs on there, but I didn't have a spot and didn't want to make a scene at the gym, lol. I am well on my way to 200 by the end of the year 12 Quote Link to comment

I've been doing 5x5 as well and had hoped to be celebrating that same achievement at the beginning of September but I have injured myself and that won't be happening. Getting a foam roller is also a great idea.Foam roller has been great! The gym I go to has an in house Physical Therapist which is looking like I may need to make an appointment for. It's been approaching 3 weeks and the muscle area above me knee and behind it is becoming unbearable.
