    Set fitness and diet goals, not too big or they'll overwhelm you but they still have to be challenging. Keep track of your workouts. See yourself improve as you push to reach said goals. Tell us if/when you're struggling and when you're doing well. We'll be here to cheer you on and help you push through the difficult times. Enjoy the ride and discovering just how strong and powerful you really are.
