Well enough to start taking some healthier steps for myself anyway. Just going to try and be patient as my body gets used to the meeting training schedule. Still sore from leg day and might have overdone it on my afternoon run. Left instep is feeling a little tender. Hopefully it’s nothing and I can pick back up tomorrow. Work continues, still learning a lot. Kind of on reserve now as the rest of my team works on a big project. Things are definitely slowing down for the year so trying to keep myself occupied. Trying to spend more time pausing to enjoy things. Need to make that more of a priority. Finally made an appointment with a new psychiatrist. Hadn’t really been getting along with the last one and had been putting off. I realized I deserve to seek out a doctor that takes more of an interest in my well-being and with a better bedside manner. So begins the myriad of admission forms, about 10 pages so far.
