Weight Loss PVP: 10/12 lbs in 10/12 Weeks! [June 14 - Sept 4, 2021] **SUMMERTIME MADNESS EDITION**

Recommended Posts

Have been mentally thinking of this challenge  despite my thinking.

Moved from Noom to NF Prime, and realized "baby changes get me long term if I do them".

My start weight was 280 but now have been at 281 for the last 2 challenges.

First monitoring my high cal drinks where I found out I can do 2-12 servings depending on the day... Working on keeping an average of 6 servings a day for a challenge.

So working on that right now while I get my gut health stuff back together.

Have a big why to work on slimming down still so I can go on adventures with my brother.  Amusement Park humbled me, and I do have a long-term goal of doing a zipline when I hit 225 lbs. Just to get the habits that get there....

Hope this week has kept on that path!

Dropped from 48% progress to 18% and I'm glad I waited with adding my new numbers till today cause I'm back below a 100 kg so it doesn't affect me that much.

Got to love some of the fluctuations! Hope this week weigh in keeps with your goals!

The week started out not so great diet-wise, but by the end of the week I was seeing hints of mindful eating and so my weekly calories averaged out right at my goal

I realise  I am joining just for the last little bit, but will continue on for the next one too!

I've spent the last couple months maintaining after my 10kg/20lbs loss earlier in the year - wooh! I've decided I'd like to lose a wee bit more, down  to 70kg (3.6kg loss).

Going  to see if I can lose 1kg in the next two week. Or at the very least, calorie count consistently so I have a good idea of what I need to do for the next 10 week challenge.

Those drinks are a tough habit to break.  Do you drink them at home mostly or out?  When I finally made the switch from sugary drinks to diet pop I started asking for a coke but top it off with diet so I could get used to the taste.  Then gradually I asked for half and half, and then diet coke but top it off with regular.  Now I can't even touch regular pop.

I think a part of my brain has "what's the point with diet?"

Might just work on changing when I do drink pop to have it diet, since I have already changed my coffee to cold brew black or almond milk in it.

 Let's see what happens?

Tracking last week, most of the week I was down a whole kilo! But beers + recovery carbs on Sunday have popped it back up again. Always amazes me how much weight can fluctuate!

Argh, I have been in a cycle of “a week in the city, sticking to routine, losing weight” alternating with “week at the lake, no routine, gain the weight back” pretty much ALL SUMMER. {cue the violins playing for poor TiogaGirl, suffering through cottage time} Determined to finish strong. Last few days (in the city) have been solid!

Weight is so random! I am now down to around 72.35kg! But it really does fluctuate a whole lot, even when weighing at the same time each day.

Not doing super great at calorie counting, but my new schedule with French classes means my food is fairly routine which helps. Can't snack during class! I am also thinking that I would maybe like to up my dance and movement rather than cutting too heavily on calories for the next challenge, to get down to that 70kg/154lbs.
