Jaymul
As a weightlifter I don't deadlift very often at all but due to a niggly knee on Saturday, I ended up trying to pull a max and hit 200kg/440lbs at 89kg/196lbs bodyweight! As you can see from the very high hips, I'm not very used to deadlifting so it was a real grinder to get it off the floor and there's a slight back rounding due to it being a maximal attempt but meh, not bad for a weightlifter who deadlifts 4 times a year This is only increasing the temptation to do a powerlifting meet for fun if there is a long period of time between weightlifting competitions... 1 Quote Battle Log Current Challenge - Jaymul competes and keeps things ticking over Instagram Link to comment
