mkdutch Posted June 17, 2014 Report Share Posted June 17, 2014 While I am not overly concerned with weight loss, I know that it is going to be a side effect of being healthy(which I will not argue with, ever!). That being said, I checked my body fat % last night and found that I have dropped from 41.5% to 40.1%! How exciting is that?!
