Crap form and the last few inches damn near killed me but.....

... I got a pull up.

One pull up. I'm so chuffed, 3 and a half weeks ago I couldn't get out of the dead hang position. I've been doing the 50 pull ups program so just doing negatives. I'd noticed my negatives improved considerably, tried a chin up (couldn't do one of these 3 weeks ago either but used to be able to do one or two when in my teens) and got one so figured what the hell I'll give it a go.

I've never been able to do a pull up before, ever.
