druidmomo
Hey there -- So I have been using the pullup bar that came with my apartment to do those jump-up pullups. The first day I did them, I was sore for about four days. Four days later, I am doing them and am able to lower myself down a lot slower. Holy cow, this s*** is working! And I feel stronger and more confident when I walk. I have never been a fan of working out, and this is a wonderful feeling. Thanks so much. 3 Quote Link to comment
Rookiebeotch
It makes me feel good to heard someone trying hard and succeeding at pull up progression. Lots of people make excuses to not do pull ups and just use the dumb lat pull down cable machine instead. 1 Quote Current Challenge March 2016 Second Challenge First challenge, Battle Log Link to comment
lucky fire dragon
Great to hear and encouraging, thank you. I can't jump up on ours as it is not built for that, so I started with going from standing and then just as high as I could, which has become gradually higher over the last week and a few days ago, my chin FINALLY crossed the bar.Feels awesome.
