Returned to the gym!

Recommended Posts

Okay guys I needed to share this with some people. It might seem small to you but I went to the gym for the second time this week!

Last year I started lifting and fell in love. After Christmas I was less consistent, but I kept at it. Then in May moved out of my house and in with a buddy for the summer. Since then, I've tried to start up again but I would go for one day and then not go back for a week or more.

SO this is why I'm celebrating the fact that I went Friday and again today!
AND THIS IS WHY IT'S SO IMPORTANT THAT I NEED TO GO WALK/HIKE/BIKE TOMORROW AND GO BACK TO THE GYM WEDNESDAY!

Go consistency! Here's hoping your love of lifting gets it back in your life. :)

I've seen it happen where people get into a fitness routine, and chugging along nicely, then a new relationship starts and that over-rides everything else

Then, THAT comes to an end and it's "Hey! I went back to the gym for the first time in xx months"

Glad it's not a situation like that

Keep it up and carry on

Yeah haha...for better or for worse that is not one of my problems right now.
