  2. Got to keep your workouts fun, if you're not enjoying them as much, you will soon lose motivation
  3. All you guys have found a way to make progress, I struggle all the time, don't know if it's my diet or my routine at the gym, I'm just about to give up
  4. Needing to get your knee problems checked out, your doctor should keep you right
  5. An extra 4 to 500 calories extra a day should see an increase
  6. I was in the same position with an injured ankle, and although you can do some upper body exercises just now, you still have to try and build the strength back into your ankle. I have progressed to 10kg weights on my leg just at my knee, while sitting down of course, I raise my foot till I am on my toes, then lower your foot back down on the floor this will strengthen the back of the ankle. Do 3 reps of 15 and you should notice a difference
  7. Think you're needing to add some more exercises into your routine, get some advice from the trainer at the gym and be guided by him good luck

  10. A diy sandbag is a good idea, but can't you shop around for a used squat rack, there has to be somebody selling them in a garage sale
  11. Sounds like you could do with the help of a nutritionist, they would set you right
  12. Long live the kettlebells that's what I say, they're the best for my overall fitness anyway
