I need my legs to not be jelly the next day. Darebee is great, but they're a fan of making things harder by adding more reps and more sets. Which I am not a fan of. Like Zeroh, I bailed on the idea of pushing hard for EC yesterday. Took one break after 21. Today's done with EC. I agree. I feel like I could have gone harder, but then I would have dropped off after 10 sec. It's not as finite and proving as the other exercises have been. A couple times my balance was a little off, so I didn't feel like I got 100% range of motion, but I kept going. Looks like the circles in the "infinty" need to be along the same axis as your body (i.e., not next to one another). Also looks in the picture like his legs are crossed. And then I rocked them back and forth (sort of ?) and then drew a little circle with them, on the way up and down. This is a terrible description. Basically a raised leg circle, but instead of a circle its an infinity sign. Now I see that I still didn't do it right. I had my hands at my sides...I could tell while I was doing them, that my hands were helping me to stabilize and making it easier.
