I never would have done it if I hadn't been pushing for the EC, I thought my lungs would burst. But they didn't and I survived. I read somewhere that standing in that position for extended time is a good way to build up to the splits. Morag Posted January 12, 2017 Report Share Posted January 12, 2017 Ok. I'm back, I couldn't do the butterfly dips, just couldn't do them grrrrr. Every time I had them I noticed that either my legs were weird or my arms weren't bending... So yeeeeeaaaaahhhhh I missed those. The next day I completely forgot to do them, then when i did remember to check I was already in bed and didn't have the willpower to get back up and do whatever it was yesterday. But I'm back now and gonna do some splits, just wait a moment . .. ... Done. I was so utterly, snail like, it's sad. I have bumped my ankle on friday and kicking out back for the pushup part I just didn't feel confident in my ankle not acting up, so I went slower/gentler than "60sec Burpees" call for.
