MetalPinata
I'm back under 200lbs again!!! Barely (199.3lbs), and I'm sure I'm still in the water weight stage for the most part (because I've been down to 195 before while working out). When I first started working out a year and a half ago, I was at 225lbs. This time when I started getting back in the game I was at 208, so I was at least ahead of where I first started. The thing that worries me is that I'm getting ever closer to the 195lb point which is the wall I've never been able to beat. But this is the first time I've been this motivated (with diet and weight lifting), so I'm hoping this is the time I'll get over that wall. 3 Quote Link to comment

Rather slow and steady as you are building muscle in the process and must remember to calculate that being heavier than fat.
