I turned today's diamond push-ups into knee push-ups. I don't think the spreadsheet is doing any of its math magic. If I try a fifth, I basically just lay there on the floor not getting up at all, because my arms won't push. So that took 4 sets, with a nice long break bewteen each. 2 Quote Link to comment

I most certainly did NOT do diamond push ups XD scapular push ups are done with straight arms, using your shoulder muscles to raise and lower your spine between your shoulder blades. The tap mountain climbers biggest issue was just started with them. Yuck.
