Yesterday I was able to hold myself up for 30 seconds with my feet on the ground but when I tried with raised feet as the photo indicated I could only hold it a second so I thought the dare didn't count but... check out the PS Daily Dare - July 4, 2016: 30 Seconds L-SitSit down on the floor, legs stretched in front of you. Raise yourself off the floor - as much as you can and hold it for 30 seconds in total; split into manageable sets.Extra Credit non-stopP.S. Feet on the floor will count (but not with EC) As the rocket's red glare and bombs bursting in air, I went to the sheet and added the dare (with no EC). Happy 4th for me!! Today I completed the shrimp squats with EC and lots of pain. Yesterday morning I ran the stairs at Stadium High School in Tacoma (training for Unleashed) and oh man, I am still very sore. Back when they first set up the forums this challenge, they had the end date listed as June 7th, which didn't make a lot of sense at the time. I was like "I'm in a plank!
