Strickland5 Posted October 22, 2012 Report Share Posted October 22, 2012 Yesterday (Sunday October 21st) my wife and I ran the AthHalf (aka the Athens, GA Half-Marathon) and we both PRed the race!I managed to go from my original PR of 2 hrs 12 min 14 sec to 2 hrs 4 min 49 sec (7min 25 sec faster!). Additionally I had a 56 min 58 sec split at the 10K mark, which is faster than my 10K PR. Overall it was a great race, lots of people were out cheering and the course was tough. They did, however, tease the finish line which always frustrates me.
