Leveling up

Hi all-

Here's my story. Started a fitness adventure 6 months ago. In that time I've discovered Fitocracy, found the free weight room in the gym, finished Couch to 5K (last week) and shed 30 pounds of fat while mostly maintaining muscle. I'm currently counting calories but am looking to move slowly into Paleo.

I am looking at getting back into rock climbing and maybe starting some parkour training to keep things fun.

I'm glad I've discovered this forum and lets see how things go here.
