craig Posted November 6, 2012 Report Share Posted November 6, 2012 So, i'm craig. I'm new to NF, but i'm not so new to fitness itself. I'm here because i want to maybe meet some people, and i'm definitely here because i want to make my body match my physical ability. I'm a chubby person that can run a 5k and Squat 300+ lbs, but i'd rather be fit and look good, even if i wasn't quite as strong. So, i'm a ranger. I also think i'm an orc; socially not so great (just quiet in my case), but known to be tough opponents. Right now i weigh probably about 225, and i'd like to be 205 of solid muscle at about 15 BMI. I'm hoping paleo diet and some support from the NF community will help me with this. My family is so used to me exercising that they don't really care to encourage me anymore, and, as i said, i'm so quiet that i find it hard to make friends in college. I think that should probably be a goal for me is to come out of my shell and take a chance on really trying to connect with people. Anyway, hello NF, how are you?
