So I am new, I.ve been reasonibly fit' but now turning 40 has focused my attention on how I want to live the next 40 years, so I guess I want to make sure the foundations are sound and become fitter.

To start with, I like fitness to become a more daily activity.

Goals by the 30th December :

Excerise daily - 6/7 days

run 5 ks - pace < 40 minutes & compete in some 5 k events in January

Clean up my diet - starting 6 week Paleo eating challenge

Loose the 5 kgs I don;t need byt the end of January ( hopefully supported by the dietary changes)

Pay $1000 od debt of in 2 months

Next year I.d like to learn Italian.
