a wolf in the night...

Greetings all,

I'm Faoladh, new here as of this week, and am hoping to carve down from 31% body fat to 10-12% body fat. I'd also like to add some nice dense, well framed muscle without looking like the incredible hulk.

I know with my current muscle density, I'm told frequently that I'm a lot stronger than I look. I'd like to see how far I can take that, and improve my personal health, strength, and speed. My dexterity is decent, as I under go parkour training three days a week and run woodland trails and sand pits for warm up cardio.

So I'd like to take the remaining flab I have, and give it a full-on Assassin's Creed trim down. I'm aiming for something in the neighborhood of Saint's results. He's a decent example of what my goal is. So any hints tips or directions would be greatly appreciated.

My current Diet already is 90% organic, I eat pasta once or twice a week, but mostly, salads, roasted veggies, lean meats, nuts, fruits, whole grain breads, brown rice, and fish.

I cut Soda and refined sugars out of my diet two years ago and dropped 60lbs, but have since then been stuck at 198-205lbs range, with a pretty saggy mid section, no matter what I try...

I'm eager to see what folks come up with...
