Finally!

I broke through a lifting plateau. I have been stuck at 55lb for cleans. I just could not lift the elbows with more than that. I have been stuck there for over a month. Today, I hit 60lbs!! I PR'd in hang cleans, and push presses today with the 60lb bar. YAY So excited, I finally feel like I am getting somewhere. the WOD was 5 Rounds 12 Dead Lifts, 9 Hang Cleans and 6 Push Presses. Took me 20:27 and I am ok with that.

1 Rep Max Deadlift-180lbs

1 Rep Max Clean and Jerk-90lbs

1 Rep Max Push Press-70lbs

1 Rep Max Back Squat-135lbs

1 Rep Strict Press-65lbs

Thanks Jonesy. I felt like I hadn't progressed any at all in such a long time and was getting really frustrated. Now, I feel like I might actually be getting somewhere..lol
