goodbye_farewell
Well, I had a pleasant suprise this morning when I weighed in. 229.8 lbs! I started my weight loss journey at just over 340 lbs. I honestly do not know the last time I weighed under 230 lbs. When I was a freshman in high school (~15 years ago) I was 265 lbs, so 6-7th grade maybe?? I am really excited about this, and am slowly closing in on my ultimate goal weight of 225 lbs. Then the slow recomp slog will begin... 16 Quote Link to comment
