I'm a healer (ICU nurse) by day, and apparently an assassin in my off times, but ranger was a close second. I'm also a veteran of the Army, so we know all about working out effectively with minimal equipment.I don't do gyms (too expensive, boring, etc, etc) but I live in the country, and prefer body weight exercises. I like clean eating, but I have an open mind about the paleo diet.I'm here because I'd like to improve my overall fitness and health. Oh, I'm also a gamer and I love the idea of xp's and leveling up.
