I've recently adopted a clean eating regime and weights/crossfit training and thought this may be a good place to get some extra support.My main goals are to lose some weight (around 7lbs) but more importantly tone up and improve body shape. The mighty warriors will be around sooner or later - they're not much into running but us scouts that's our thing With wanting to drop 7lbs ... I'd toss the scale and keep with the tape ... at the end of the day you if you'll see changes that are better than pure "weight loss" as you put on muscle and burn off fat.
