 Hello Everyone! You can call me Thea. I'm new here and ready to start my quest! I have recently gained a lovely forty pounds the last year after giving birth. I'm ready to take my body back and get back into shape!

My plan is a combo of walking, running and some simple weight training. I'm going to take it slow and make minor changes to my diet and lifestyle a long the way.

I joined for encouragement and the occasional push when I need it. Also for the accountability.

I hope to help and be helped!

It sounds like you have a good idea of where to start but if you have questions, need some help or not sure what to do, don't hesitate to ask!
