balance hold ?  1 min each side

single leg bridges ? focused on good form, didn't count

sumo squats  ?  phew!  felt all the steps up and down a step ladder from the last two days

leg raises  ? who's been slacking on core?

push up shoulder tap ?  sets and finished each set on knees

punches no thanks

jumping jacks ? boring

boat pose  ?

balance side lunges ?

shrimp squats ? had to modify a little and not hold on to my foot, and then adjust more to ease my knees
