Kavismaximus Posted November 8, 2012 Report Share Posted November 8, 2012 Hey all Found this site and loved everything about it right from the get go.Im 22 and a full time university student studying IT (so i have alot of spare time) a few years ago i weighed in at about 138kgs and decided to do something about it i got down to around 108 but then i moved out of home and junk food hit me pretty bad i am now coming in around 120kgs.I play some social sports but my main goal is to get back into playing club football again so i will be starting pre season for that in a month so i would like to get a head start.apart from that i want to get a good diet going and shed these Kgs.
