At the beginning of the year I couldn't do a standard push-up... I just busted out two! Hah, take that naysayers! So happy :D

Bravo!  I'm on my road to standard push-ups as well.  Did you use progressions to get there?

I have been doing the beginner body weight workout and apparently that was enough to get my strength up :D
