The analogy of the underpants gnomes really grabbed me. I've gathered so many underpants, seriously the pile is huge and varied and smells a little odd. It's time to stop all that and start doing something, time may be running out. Anyway, here's a list of random things about me.I have 3 kidsI have a desk jobI love peanut butterI used to drive a dump truckI'll be 40 in about 1.3 yearsI used to lift a bunch and it was really funI used to run and that was fun tooI just quit smoking after 20 yearsI generally play the tankI like stretchingI like dogsI'm not like other girls Back in the day my body used to respond in amazing ways to anything I did. I still know what to do, but I realize that I don't do much of it. I sit a lot. I weigh too much, and it's starting to have negative effects. I did weight watchers 10 years ago and got down to my medically acceptable top weight of 195 but I'm back in the 260 territory again now. I have body image issues. I really don't like what I look like, clothed or not. I'm 6'3" and I'm told I carry it well, but I really want to do this for me. But much like giving up the cigarettes, I want to be a positive role model for my kids rather than a dire warning.
