Crysalan
Hi,My name is Stephen. I'm a sailor in the Unites States Navy. I am 5'7" and have weighed 135lbs (give or take three pounds) for the past five years. I've always been the super small, super week guy. I tried strength training in highschool but lacked resources and knowledge to be able to be successful. Being in the Navy, especially on a submarine, means I get alot of crap at work for being a beanpole. My wife started dieting to lose some baby weight from our second daughter so i decided I would also start taking steps to put on some weight. While looking for something for people with ridicuously fast metabolisms I found this site. I'm hoping that this helps me not only put on weight but also get stronger and healthier for my wife, my kids, and myself. Quote Link to comment

boxcarkid
I'd always imagined it'd be a bonus to be a beanpole on a submarine. I thought they'd have narrow halls, low height clearance, etc. What's it like inside?Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk Quote Race -- GREY ELF | Class -- Assassin [ Level 2 ] | STR 3 | DEX 1 | STA 4 | CON 2 | WIS 5 | CHA 2 NF Challenges: currently n/a Battle Logs: WoMD |"Don't tell me the moon is shining: show me the glint of light on broken glass." - Anton Chekhov| Link to comment
Crysalan
So being short is kinda an advantage cause it means i don't hit my head too much but being super thin means youre always picked to go into the weird places. also being weak has actually made it hard for me to do my job a few times. i'm an electrician and sometimes we have to lift some heavy stuff. not easy to do when youre super tiny Quote Link to comment

baking_jeans
Hi there! At first I thought you mean Georgia country, so I was like: "US submarines in Georgia? Why why why?!" and then I remembered about the State Georgia and now it all made sense.Check out Henry Rollins, he used to be tiny in high school and then became a bull. He's unbelievable. Heavy lifting, and nothing else. So maybe that should do the trick? Quote Link to comment
