Looked it up, and immediately did the other side. So I'll go for gold again, but consider anything above 30 a win. So far I did only half of the burpees but the push-up-jab-cross thing with extra credit (even if I was really slow, I didn't stop) and the single leg bridge hold without EC (how the hell did you hold this for two minutes on one leg?? I crave variety and a shorter something every day is a better fit for me this challenge as I'd like to keep up my yoga for longer workouts. I'm not so great at tracking, but I will give it a shot. They say "as fast as you can" so I think you can be as much of a chicken as you want. As long as you have the general motion in there.
