Hello everyone :)

Hi

My name is Michele, i'm from Italy, and i'm a rugby player since november 2011.

I am 177cm x 95kg, and according to my balace i am 33% of bodyfat...and it is unacceptable :(

My team coach said that we have to go at the gym, but i didn't have time to do that. So...i decided to enlist at the bodyweight brigate :)

I hope to get in the right shape for playing in the best way i can as Prop/Flanker...and to get in the best shape of my life :)

Since I speak no foreign language whatsoever, I see no need for you to apologize for your English (which is pretty darned good by the way). I've been doing the beginner's body weight training at home, and am seeing results. Lots of NF rebels work out at home. There is a challenge starting next week I think, you might want to join that.
