I'm your average 20 year old, 3rd year uni student who is 5'10'' just under 64kg (140lbs) and apparently blessed with the ability to have an almost un-shiftable weight. I've been using Nerd Fitness for about a year now, mostly the beginner bodyweight routine and more recently the routine listed within the parkour article but more recently I've explored more of the site and now here I am!I guess one of my goals is to build up enough strength and agility for parkour but I've also recently taken an interest in the paleo diet, though I don't think I should be on a diet considering I can't even get above 10 stone heh.Anyway, hope I can keep up and be of some sort of assistance at some point! No fast food and no junk food. My guilty pleasure is air popped popcorn and to be completely honest, the occasional diet soda which I am getting rid of during the next challenge.
