I took me a while..

But I finally made a forum account! I'm your average 20 year old, 3rd year uni student who is 5'10'' just under 64kg (140lbs) and apparently blessed with the ability to have an almost un-shiftable weight. I've been using Nerd Fitness for about a year now, mostly the beginner bodyweight routine and more recently the routine listed within the parkour article but more recently I've explored more of the site and now here I am!

I guess one of my goals is to build up enough strength and agility for parkour but I've also recently taken an interest in the paleo diet, though I don't think I should be on a diet considering I can't even get above 10 stone heh.

Anyway, hope I can keep up and be of some sort of assistance at some point!

Welcome Mikey. I loosely follow paleo. To me its about eating only healthy foods. I avoid processed foods. No fast food and no junk food. My guilty pleasure is air popped popcorn and to be completely honest, the occasional diet soda which I am getting rid of during the next challenge. Good luck and God bless.

Thanks for the welcome! Also thanks for the small tip on paleo Laurel. I've been leaning towards a more paleolithic diet though nothing too strict just yet; just adding more eggs, fruit, veg, nuts and meat to my diet and less processed garbage!

That will definitely be a great first step. Once you're there, you can decide whether you want to make more changes.
