New registration, senior lurker

Hello all! I was a lurker of these threads for a while, mainly the GoRuck threads. I have since seen the light and decided to join your ranks. Look forward to getting to know y'all and maybe seeing a few of you around a GRC or other event.

Good signature. Welcome aboard, what are some of your goals?

First, is to be GoRuck Tough...may seem silly but its my kick right now. I would like to maintain my current weight +/- 5# and just build muscle and stay in shape to prevent my 4 year fat binge again. Whenever I get to a point of maxing out, I will adjust my goals for specific numbers.

If you build muscle, you will gain weight, your scales can decieve you, don't trust them. Go Ruck is a tough challenge, the next step is to figure out what you need to do to be able to do a GoRuck challenge.

Yeah I got that covered. Crossfit 2-3x a week with the rest of the week weighted ruck walk/runs, mountain biking, and old fashioned running.
