I copied the EC number into your dares completed, but that might miss some. ...make a best guess if you aren't sure. Not sure what happened there. My thighs did get a little bit burny towards 40 but nothing too bad. I'm going to chalk it up to having lost so much weight this year. Shifting my body around is just so much easier than it used to be. If others are interested in doing it, can one of you set up a new thread? If you need help, let me know, I can set up a thread, but I probably won't participate. If you want to run it, it helps to drop a message or two in the Ranger Tent (...would be good to visit other guilds too, I just never got around to it). The seated twists weren't bad at all.
