KentMcCann Posted November 8, 2012 Report Share Posted November 8, 2012 Long time goal of mine, 1000 lb total on squat/dead/bench!I've had nagging back problems since messing myself up doing crossfit a year and a half ago, so this is really a milestone for me. 99% pain free, and moving more weight than ever in my life.Training was Wendler's 5/3/1 with my own smattering of accessory movements. Squat was a bit high, but I'm not competing, so I'd rather be a bit too high than have the buttwink (bulging disk n all that jazz.)
